As each product is made to order, we do not offer refunds. 

 

 

Please note that customised orders will not be exchanged or refunded.

Kindly notify us within 2 days of receiving the order. Once the product reaches us and is subject to inspection in good condition we'd be processing the exchange. The customers are required to send the product back to us.
